Martin Madera has over 40 years of financial management experience in commercial banking and financial consulting. He provides expertise to a diverse field of business clients. He is a graduate of The University of Maryland where he majored in business management, with a concentration in accounting and economics. He is a graduate of the U. S. Army Engineer Officer Candidate School, and managed military construction engineering projects. He is a graduate of the American Institute of Banking Commercial Lending School. He has served on many boards, including The Chesapeake Chapter of the Risk Management Association. He is a current chapter president for the Association of the U. S. Army. The firm is a member of the Maryland Commercial Lenders Association.
